Support Children in Foster Care

Oasis of Hope licenses and supports families to care for children, who have been abused, abandoned and neglected. South Carolina has more than 3,500 children in the foster care system. 30-50% of foster parents quit in their first year. Oasis of Hope was founded by foster parents for foster parents. Our excellent support team helps foster parents continue the hard work of ministering to children in trauma. In 2022, 86% of our foster parents were still fostering after their first year.

With the support of our ambassadors, in 2023, we have provided safe haven to more 300 children.
